2. Scope of Services
We provide travel-related services, including but not limited to:
Corporate travel arrangements
Leisure tours & packages
Cruise & snorkeling activities
Accommodation booking assistance
Transportation & car rental services
All services are subject to availability and the terms of our suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, and activity operators).
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or direct communication with our staff.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, FPX, e-wallets, bank transfer, and other channels as listed on our website.
Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) and are subject to the policies of our suppliers.
Refund eligibility:
- More than 14 days before travel: Eligible for partial refund (less admin/processing fees).
- 7–14 days before travel: Partial refund (subject to supplier charges).
- Less than 7 days before travel or no-show: Non-refundable.
- Certain services (e.g., promotional packages, last-minute bookings, or special events) may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14–30 working days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Changes & Amendments
Any request to amend travel dates, participant details, or itinerary is subject to availability and supplier approval.
Additional charges may apply.
6. Travel Documents & Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, health documents, and insurance coverage as required.
QQ Holidays will not be liable for losses due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
7. Liability & Responsibility
QQ Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, airlines, cruise operators, and tour providers.
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or changes caused by third-party suppliers, natural disasters, weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for protection against cancellations, medical emergencies, and other risks.
QQ Holidays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, delays, or missed connections.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible or liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], in compliance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
